Telephone and absentee bid forms must be received 24 hours prior to auction. Bidders are responsible to verify Grant Zahajko Auctions, l.l.c. has received their bidding information.
No telephone bids are accepted for less than $250. Absentee bids accepted for under $250.
Bidders should examine lots offered, or request a condition report, 24 hours prior to the auction.

Grant Zahajko Auctions, LLC, will make a good faith effort to accommodate bidders but will not be held responsible for errors or telephone disconnection if such occurs. Grant Zahajko Auctions, l.l.c. will call the telephone bidder approximately 5 minutes prior to the auction lot being offered.
Winning bids must be paid in full by no later than 4 days following auction or notification of your winning bid. Items purchased may not be shipped until full payment is made.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Grant Zahajko Auctions, LLC, will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of goods while in transit.
